Calbrite™ UL LISTED STAINLESS STEEL CONDUIT

Calbrite stainless steel rigid conduit is manufactured in type 304 & 316 stainless to meet stringent sanitary requirements and withstand harsh corrosive environments. The conduit is polished to a bright, easily maintainable finish that allows for minimal cleaning, enhances the appearance, and improves the surface's resistance to pitting & bacterial corrosion in CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (sterilize-in-place) systems.

Calbrite stainless steel rigid conduit is highly resistant to damage from impact. Easy to cut, form and join, stainless steel conduit avoids the labor-intensive procedures that come with PVC-coated installation. No special tools or complicated maintenance and repair procedures are required. In addition to the ease of installation and maintenance, stainless steel is 100% recyclable. Standard rigid conduit threads allow for trouble-free installations.

Calbrite™ EMT CONDUIT (Type 304SS)

Calbrite™ stainless steel EMT conduit and fittings, appropriately utilized, provide all the usual benefits of stainless steel. The thinner walled EMT stainless steel conduit can be used in less stressful and non-environmentally threatening conditions such as forklift traffic, hand trucks and carts, and in other environments typically found in an industrial setting. This includes superior performance in applications needed in corrosive environments where harsh chemical treatments or washdowns are required. As an added benefit, EMT Stainless steel is more pliable, allowing easier installation.

Calbrite™ Light Wall Stainless Steel Conduit*

CalbriteTM stainless steel light wall conduit is equivalent to a non-threaded stainless IMC conduit. Calbrite light wall conduit is more impact resistant compared with EMT and is 100% recyclable. Stainless steel light wall is often specified in corrosive environments where it is subjected to harsh chemical treatments or wash-downs due to its lighter weight, precise tolerances, and ease of installation.

Light wall conduit is manufactured without threads, and is joined together by utilizing compression fittings simplifying installations and lowering costs. Light wall conduit is easily cut and bent using standard tools.
